Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Autopay Tracker app (the “Service”), provided by Auspo Apps (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
Autopay Tracker reads, with your permission, the SMS that banks and payment apps send to your Android phone, and organises them into a passbook, a list of UPI and NACH autopay mandates with upcoming debits, and spoken alerts. All of this happens on your phone.
The Service is not a bank, payment system, payment aggregator, wallet or financial adviser. It does not send, receive, hold, stop or verify money, and it never connects to your bank or UPI account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to NPCI, any bank, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or any merchant whose name appears in your messages. Their names are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Indian law, and you may use the Service only with SMS received on a phone you own or are authorised to use.
3. What the App shows is a convenience, not a record
- The passbook, autopay list, reminders and alerts are generated automatically from SMS text. They are only as complete and accurate as the messages your bank sends and the App's ability to read them; a message that is missing, delayed or worded unusually can result in a transaction or mandate being missed, duplicated or misread.
- Alerts can be delayed or missed because of phone settings, battery optimisation, manufacturer restrictions, muted volume or other factors outside our control.
- Always rely on your bank's own statements, and manage, pay or cancel mandates through your bank or payment app. The App cannot cancel an autopay for you.
- Nothing in the App is financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your phone and its screen lock secure; anyone with your unlocked phone can see your transaction history in the App.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with your own messages.
- Do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
5. Subscription, free trial and billing
- The Service requires an Autopay Tracker Pro subscription, sold through Google Play. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown in the App before you confirm.
- Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and is charged to your Google Play payment method until you cancel.
- Free trial: if offered, you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and the first charge is made on the date shown at purchase. Trials are for new subscribers only.
- Cancelling: cancel anytime in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. Where Google Play allows, you can request a refund through Google Play; you can also contact us and we will help where we can.
- We may change prices for future periods. Google Play will notify you before a higher price applies, and you can cancel before it does.
6. Your content
Everything the App derives from your messages stays on your phone and belongs to you. We do not receive it. The optional rating and feedback you submit may be used to improve the Service.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the App, its design, text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on your devices, under these Terms.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on Android, Google Play, Google Firebase and other third-party services. Their own terms apply to them, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
9. Changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, including support for particular banks or message formats. We try to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will not charge you for it after that date.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue or data — including losses from a missed, delayed or incorrect transaction, reminder or alert, a failed or unexpected auto-debit, or from relying on the App instead of your bank's records. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App and cancelling any subscription. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Sections 3, 7 and 10–15 survive termination.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law. Please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell you in the App. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
