How it's played
Clear the board without detonating a single hidden mine. Every number counts the mines touching it β read the grid, flag the danger, and reveal the rest. Tap to reveal, long-press to flag.
New to it, or still guessing? Read our guide to reading a Minesweeper board — the two rules that solve most positions, the patterns worth learning, and what to do when a guess is genuinely forced.
And then there's Hive Mode π
Flip the switch on the home screen and the board becomes a honeycomb: Bee Sweeper. Every cell is a hexagon with six neighbours, the mines are wasps, and a long-press drops a bee on a cell you're sure of.
Each hive is built by a solver, so from your first tap the next safe cell can be worked out rather than guessed. Four sizes, the same three hearts and hints, and a daily honeycomb of its own.
Rebuilt with care
Bee Sweeper: a honeycomb board with six neighbours per cell, wasps instead of mines, and hives built to be solved by logic. Its own history and daily hive.
A mine costs a heart and the board rewinds β three hearts before it's over, so one wrong tap never ends the hunt.
