Delete your data

AI UPI Alert · Auspo Apps

The App doesn't use a username or password; it signs you in with an anonymous account tied to your installation. You can ask us to delete the data stored for that account at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Open AI UPI Alert and go to Settings → Shop details. Note your shop name and, if set, your UPI ID — we use these to find your account.
2. Email auspoapps@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my AI UPI Alert data”, including your shop name, UPI ID and the phone model you use.
3. We confirm your request within 72 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

Uninstalling the App stops all collection on your phone, but it does not by itself delete data already backed up. Send the request above to have it removed.

What we delete

• Payment records (amounts, payer names, source app, times, notification text)
• Cashbook entries and notes
• Your profile: shop name, UPI IDs, language and sound settings, ratings and feedback
• Analytics data linked to your anonymous ID, where our providers allow deletion

What we may keep

• Records we must keep by law, for example for tax, accounting or fraud prevention, for the period the law requires.
• Aggregated statistics that no longer identify you.
• Subscription and purchase records held by Google Play, under Google's own policies. To cancel a subscription, use Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
